ELS Awaken: A 3 day residential program focusing on Personal Vision, Learning Optimism, and Organizational Empowerment. The program draws on breakthrough work of Adaptive Leadership (Heifitz), Learned Optimism (Seligman), and Personal Mastery (Peter Senge).

ELS Act: This rigorous follow up module with theory, case-study, role play and expert sessions help build child centred practice, Innovative Teaching and Management skills. This program draws deom the work of Child-development (Howard Gardner and Piaget), constrctive teaching (Hawkins and Duckworth), and an array management and systems thinking.
