InVision draws on the most recent leadership research and brings it alive through a powerful experiential laboratory. Through role plays, simulations and personal reflections, participants experience their impact on others. Profiling instruments and multi-pronged feedback help them assess their own styles of leading. Participants build concrete skills of empathy, appreciation, teaching and inspiration.

We address the challenge of exercising effective leadership for CEOs and first level decision makers. The program helps participants to consider exercising leadership, as being different from managing or wielding authority. It aims to shift the emphasis of leadership to nurturing people through trust and example.
