Regional Education Manager (REM): Regional Education Officers are thinking and result-oriented business managers driving iDiscoveri's work in key education markets, based out of state capitals. The REM is a entrepreneurial business management role with end-to-end responsibility for market opportunity identification, revenue generation, sales team management, service quality, PR/marketing campaign execution and customer retention. An ideal REM profile would be a senior sales management professional with 10+ years in B2B concept selling, team leadership and key account management. K12 education domain experience is preferred. We are currently hiring REMs based out of Chennai, Bangalore, Chandigarh and Lucknow.

Education Development Managers (EDM): Education Development Managers will be young professionals with a talent for sales and interest in education. They will be responsible for revenues from key geographies. EDMs will be responsible for customer contact and revenue generation from the schools space in their geographies.

Education Coach (EC): ECs are experienced education experts (preferably 28-40 years) with deep understanding of innovative classroom practices and ability to hand-hold teachers. You are former teacher or educationist with technical understanding of curriculum, instruction and assessment practices in primary school. You must have exposure to education through teaching experience at a progressive school, training institute or a leading education company. Strong customer orientation, problem solving and organizational skills are essential. Customer servicing skills acquired in a corporate domain would be a great value-add. Ability to communicate in English and the local language. Willingness to extensively travel and stay in small towns is a must. We are currently hiring ECs based out of Delhi, Bangalore, Bhopal, Udaipur, Coimbatore, Lucknow and Punjab.

5.

School Curriculum Designer (SCD): Subject matter experts who create and review educational content for preschool to Grade 8. Applicants should have a strong academic track record, deep subject matter expertise, creativity, an interest in innovative teaching methods, and an ability to read, write and research. Teaching experience is not a requirement.

Curriculum Project Leader (CPL): Dynamic leaders who manage the quality and process on content creation projects. The role will involve managing a team of creators and reviewers to deliver quality work within project timelines. An ability to manage people and timelines, a keen eye for quality, a strong academic background, and an understanding of good education are essential.

Leadership Education Faculty (LEF): Deliver enterprise education programs at locations across India and abroad. An individual with 10+ years of corporate experience in any domain, who has a hunger for learning and a flair for teaching. Previous people development and or teaching experience will be a distinct advantage. Could be located across any major city in India and be willing to travel.
